Full Charge Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and the ability to work independently while maintaining meticulous records.
Job Description
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform account analysis and balance sheet reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Maintain general ledger entries by recording debits and credits accurately.
Prepare financial statements and reports as needed, adhering to corporate accounting standards.
Process invoices, payments, and payroll in a timely manner.
Utilize 10 key typing skills for efficient data entry and record keeping.
Collaborate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation.
Stay updated on financial concepts and regulations to ensure compliance.
Expertise in QuickBooks desktop software and Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical skills for account analysis.
Solid understanding of financial concepts, including corporate accounting practices.
Experience with balance sheet reconciliation and maintaining accurate financial records.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent organizational skills, ensuring timely completion of tasks within deadlines.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Team Player with good listening skills
• Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to operate general office equipment, including computers, copiers, fax machines, scanners, adding machines.

Ability to learn new technologies and concepts.
Demonstrated leadership abilities.
Willing to work a variety of tasks alone or as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information
Candidates should have at least +1 year of experience in administrative work.
Experience and educational background may be considered in place of a degree.
Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $30.00 - $40.00 per hour. Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week. Schedule: 4-hour shift.
